Every day is an occasion for celebration, some days more so. And the team at Beagle Security definitely wanted to celebrate the 3rd Foundation Day. To celebrate, we embarked on a thrilling four-day trip to the enchanting hills. Packed with adventure, camaraderie, and relaxation, this celebration event aimed to foster team spirit and create lasting memories.Our journey took us to the picturesque destinations of Vagamon and Idukki, where we indulged in a variety of activities, including sports, adventure rides, campfires, grilling, and sightseeing.
Day 1 - A Tranquil Start in Wagamon
Our Foundation Day celebration commenced with great excitement as we set off for Vagamon, a scenic hill station known for its lush pine valleys and breathtaking meadows. Upon arrival, we immersed ourselves in the serene beauty of the pine valley and Vagamon meadows, taking in the fresh mountain air.
In the evening, we retreated to a comfortable villa, where we relaxed and recharged for the adventures ahead. Gathering around a crackling campfire, we shared inspiring stories and memorable experiences from our journey as a company.
Day 2 - Fun and Grilling at Greenberg Resort
The second day saw us bidding farewell to Vagamon and heading towards our next destination, the Greenberg resort in Kulamavu, Idukki. Nestled amidst nature’s bounty, this picturesque resort offered us a perfect setting for relaxation and team bonding. We spent the day cooling off in the refreshing pool, engaging in water sports, and enjoying moments of leisure. As the night fell, we gathered around for a delightful grilling session, sharing laughter, stories, and delectable food under the starlit sky.
Day 3 - Adventure and Games Galore
To infuse the spirit of adventure into our Foundation Day celebration, we kicked off the third day with an adrenaline-pumping visit to the adventure park within the resort. From thrilling rides to exciting challenges, we pushed our limits and conquered fears together.
It was great to see every team member attempting the adventure course. What was even better was the round of cheers and support the team gave as each person took his turn on the course.
The afternoon was dedicated to team-building activities and engaging games that fostered healthy competition and strengthened our bonds. Everyone worked up a sweat on the kayaks and we even played a game of cricket afterwards.
To end the day, we made a small trek to a nearby hill to enjoy the view of the hills in all their glory. It was a day filled with excitement, laughter, and a sense of accomplishment.
Day 4 - A Final Farewell with Idukki Dam
As our memorable trip drew to a close, we set out on our journey back home. On the way, we made a special stop at the magnificent Idukki Dam, a marvel of engineering and a significant landmark of the region. The arch dam in Idukki, built across the Kuravan and Kurathi hills, is the world's second and Asia's first arch dam. This final excursion allowed us to appreciate the grandeur of nature and reflect on the journey we had undertaken as a team. With hearts full of gratitude and memories to cherish, we returned to our base, bidding adieu to the hills and concluding our Foundation Day celebration.
