c0c0n XVI, the prestigious annual cybersecurity event, once again brought together the finest minds in the field of cybersecurity. And DomeCTF, once again, was an integral part of the conference. This year's event took place at the luxurious Grand Hyatt in Kochi and set new records in terms of participation, enthusiasm, and Star Wars-themed challenges.

The besec.ctf challenge

besec.ctf was designed to be both accessible for beginners and engaging for seasoned professionals. Participants tackled a series of thought-provoking challenges across categories like mobile based challenges, network based attacked, web exploits, reverse engineering, and more.

Each task was crafted to test skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity, with solutions requiring both technical knowledge and strategic thinking. As the competition heated up, teams worked against the clock, exploring vulnerabilities, analyzing data, and pushing their cybersecurity skills to the limit.

Pushing the boundaries

As a team, we were thrilled to see the besec.ctf event foster a deep sense of curiosity and learning among participants. Some participants were new to CTFs, while others were seasoned competitors. By offering challenges that catered to all experience levels, we aimed to create a welcoming environment where everyone could dive into the world of ethical hacking and security testing.
