Description
Username enumeration is possible due to differing HTTP responses for valid and invalid usernames, increasing the likelihood of successful password brute-forcing attacks.
Recommendation
Prevent the disclosure of whether a username is valid or not. Specifically, when login attempts fail, ensure that invalid users are treated similarly to incorrect passwords by maintaining consistent error messages, page titles, contents, HTTP headers, and redirection logic.
