The Content Server’s backend is vulnerable to persistent and reflected Cross-Site Scripting attacks. The flaw can be exploited to inject HTML or JavaScript code into the vulnerable web page. When users visit the manipulated site, the code is executed in their browser.
The flaw can be exploited to alter the displayed site’s content, redirect users to other sites, or steal user credentials. Users of the Portal may also be vulnerable to browser exploits and JavaScript Trojans.
