Description

Web applications can be vulnerable when the declared character set does not match the actual content, allowing browsers to incorrectly interpret certain characters. This can lead to unexpected behavior or incorrect rendering of web pages.

Recommendation

Ensure that the HTTP header and content body use the same character set by setting UTF-8 as the default for all text content.
