Linear is a modern product development and issue tracking tool designed for software teams. It is used for managing bugs, tracking issues and handling project workflows in a fast and simple way.
Where do I find result integration in my dashboard?
Dashboard -> Applications -> Select the application you want -> Advanced -> Result integrations
Step 1: Open result integrations
  • Open the Result Integrations section and click on the Edit button.
  • Select Linear from the available result integration options.
Step 2: Enter Linear credentials
  • In the designated API token field, enter your Linear API token
Generating a Linear API token
  1. Visit https://linear.app/homepage
  2. Log in to your account, click your profile icon -> Settings.
  3. Navigate to Security & access.
  4. Under the section Personal API keys, click on New API key.
  5. After typing a key name, click on Create to generate your API token.
Step 3: Authenticate and configure
  • After entering the API token, click on Authenticate.
  • Select and confirm the team working on the project.
  • Choose and confirm the project for the integration.
  • Set the start and end points for the project.
  • Select the required labels (you can also add up to 2 new ones, if needed).
  • Finally, click on Finish setup to complete the integration.
