Jira is a tool developed by Australian Company Atlassian. It is used for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management. Integrating Beagle with Jira helps you to track issues and bugs related to your application in real-time and collaborate with team.
Where do I find result integration in my dashboard?
Dashboard -> Applications -> Select the application you want -> Advanced -> Result integrations
Integrating Beagle Security with Jira

Follow the steps below to configure Jira integration for Beagle Security.

Step 1: Edit result integrations
  • Click the Edit button in the Result integrations section.
  • From the side menu, select Jira.
Step 2: Enter Jira credentials
  • In the designated field, enter your company's Jira URL.
  • In the API token field, enter your Jira API token.
Generating a Jira API token
  1. Visit: https://id.atlassian.com/
  2. Click your profile icon -> Account settings
  3. Navigate to Security -> API tokens
  4. Click Create & manage tokens -> Create API token
  5. Copy the generated token
Step 3: Authenticate and configure
  • After entering the API token, click Authenticate.
  • Select and confirm the project you want to integrate with.
  • Choose the appropriate issue type.
  • Set the start and end points of your task.
  • Select existing labels or add new ones as needed.
  • Click Finish Setup to complete the integration.
