Jira

Jira is a tool developed by Australian Company Atlassian. It is used for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management. Integrating Beagle with Jira helps you to track issues and bugs related to your application in real-time and collaborate with team.

Steps
  1. Click Jira>
  2. Give company jira url in Jira url:
  3. Give user email in User email:
  4. Give jira api token in API token:
    • You can get Jira API token from - https://id.atlassian.com/
    • Account settings -> Security -> Create and manage
  5. After giving the required inputs click Next
  6. Select the Project
  7. Select the Issue Type
  8. Click Confirm to integrate beagle with Jira
Asana

Asana is a project management software that allows you to easily organize, plan workflows, and manage work. Integrating Beagle Security with Asana helps you to track application bugs and security issues in real-time and address them quickly in collaboration with your team.

Steps
  1. Click Asana
  2. Enter the Asana token
    • You can generate Asana token from - https://app.asana.com/0/developer-console
  3. Select your Asana Workspace
  4. Select Project
  5. Select the relevant Start Section and End Section
  6. Click Confirm to complete the integration
Azure Boards

Azure Boards is part of the Microsoft Azure DevOps Services and allows one to plan, track and discuss work across teams. By integrating Beagle Security with Azure Boards, you can receive vulnerabilities directly on the platform and collaborate with your team to remediate issues quickly.

Steps
  1. Click Azure Boards
  2. Enter the Azure Boards URL and API token
    • You can generate the API token from Azure DevOps by following these steps
  3. Select your Project
  4. Select the Work Item Type
  5. Select the relevant Start State and End State
  6. Click Confirm to complete the integration
Trello

Trello is a collaboration platform that gives teams perspective on projects. Using Trello you can collaborate, communicate and coordinate on all your projects. Integrating Beagle Security with Trello helps you to track issues and bugs related to your applications in real-time and collaborate with your team to address them at speed.

Steps
  1. Click Trello
  2. Enter the API key from your Trello account. You can find your Trello API Key here
  3. Next, enter your Token. You can refer this Trello documentation for the steps (It is available on the same webpage as the API key).
  4. Click on Next and select the Trello Board you want to sync the test results with
  5. Click on List and select the Start List and End List
  6. Click Confirm to complete the integration between Beagle Security and Trello
Slack

Slack is a cloud based platform for team communication. By integrating Beagle with your Slack channel, you will get notification about your application scan status.

Steps
  1. Click Add to Slack
  2. Will be redirected to the authentication page.
  3. Give user email in User email:
  4. From Post to select channel
  5. Click Agree to integrate beagle with Slack
  6. You can also enable result sharing for Slack if you want to
Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a group chat software that allows you to collaborate with your teammates and work together easily.

Steps
  1. Click on Teams from an application’s settings
  2. You’ll be asked to enter the Webhook URL
  3. To generate the webhook URL, go to Microsoft Teams
  4. Navigate to the channel where you want to add the webhook and select (•••) More options from the top navigation bar. (Note: You need to have a premium subscription to Microsoft Teams)
  5. Choose Connectors from the drop-down menu and search for Incoming Webhook
  6. Select the Configure button, provide a name, and, optionally, upload an image avatar for your webhook
  7. The dialog window will present a unique URL that will map to the channel. Make sure that you copy and save the URL and click on the Done button
  8. Go back to your Beagle Security account and paste the webhook URL there
  9. If you’d like to test the connection you can click on the Test button
  10. You can also enable result sharing for Teams if you want to. Click on Save to complete the integration
Discord

Discord is an instant messaging platform used for collaboration and building communities.

Steps
  1. Click on Discord from an application’s settings
  2. You’ll be asked to enter the Webhook URL
  3. To generate the webhook URL, go to the Discord server you want to integrate with
  4. Select the relevant text channel you want to receive notifications on and click on the Edit channel option (Note: You need specific edit permission in the Discord server)
  5. Select Integrations and click on Create webhook option
  6. You can give it a name, an avatar and then click on the Copy webhook URL button
  7. Go back to your Beagle Security account and paste the webhook URL there
  8. If you’d like to test the connection you can click on the Test button
  9. You can also enable result sharing for Discord if you want to. Click on Save to complete the integration
Pabbly Connect

Pabbly Connect helps you to create automated workflows and transfer the data between your favourite apps and services without any manual effort.

Steps
  1. Click Pabbly
  2. You’ll be asked to enter the Webhook URL
  3. Login to your Pabbly Connect account and click on Create Workflow
  4. Select Beagle Security from Choose App and give the Trigger Event as New Response
  5. Copy the generated Webhook URL and paste it in your Beagle Security account
  6. If you’d like to test the connection you can click on the Test button
  7. Click Save to complete the integration
Webhook

Webhooks allow you to transfer data between two applications easily. By configuring Webhooks on Beagle Security you can receive the results summary or full results on any third-party app that supports custom Webhook integration.

Steps
  1. Click Webhook
  2. You’ll be asked to enter the Webhook URL
  3. Generate the Webhook URL from any third-party app you’d like to integrate with
  4. Enter the generated Webhook URLin your Beagle Security account
  5. Select whether you want to receive the result summary or full results
  6. If you’d like to test the connection you can click on the Test button
  7. Click Save to complete the integration
Zapier

Zapier allows you to connect Beagle Security with more than 3,000 apps to automate your workflow.

Steps
  1. Log in to Zapier and select Create Zap
  2. Under Trigger, search for Beagle Security
  3. Choose the Trigger Event as Get Result and click on Continue
  4. You’ll be asked to enter the Access Token and Application Token
  5. Login to Beagle Security, go to Settings and select Access Token
  6. Create a new access token, give it a name and expiry date
  7. Select the scope as Read Test Result and click Create
  8. Copy the Access Token (Note: Please note it down for future reference, as it cannot be viewed later.)
  9. Next, to generate the Application Token, go to Home and select Applications
  10. Select the Application you want to integrate and go to its settings
  11. Copy the Application Token
  12. Go back to Zapier, paste the Access Token and Application Token
  13. If you’d like to test the connection you can click on the Test trigger
  14. Finally, under Action, search for the preferred application that you want to send the result to and choose the Action Event
  15. Complete the authentication and your Zap will be ready to go live
Bugasura.io

Bugasura.io is a simple, fast, and agile tool that helps you to track bugs more effectively. By integrating Bugasura.io with Beagle Security, you can now find the issues detected in your application in your Bugasura.io account as well.

Steps
  1. Click on Bugasura from Integrations in your application dashboard.
  2. Provide API key in the field
    (You can receive API key from https://my.bugasura.io/account/userprofile)
  3. Fill the required fields and click on the Next button
  4. Select your Team from the dropdown menu.
  5. Then select the Project from the list
  6. And select the Sprint
  7. Select the relevant Start and End sections
  8. Click on the Confirm button to integrate with Bugasura.io
